OISP Strength and Conditioning
This is where it all starts. Before you start training for performance, you need to build a base of strength, balance, stability, and overall movement quality. We call it "building the toolbox" - it is about helping our younger, development stage athletes establish a large range of movement quality and athleticism to both keep them healthy and give them the tools they will need for performance training as they get older.
OISP Performance Training
This is where the rubber meets the road. Once you've built a strong, robust "toolbox", you can start training the details to help you for your sport. We understand the demands each athlete has for their individual sport, position, and body. We will get into the details each person needs to stay health and succeed for their sport. Every person needs to be athletic, but we go a step further to help apply that athleticism into improving your performance.

Off Ice - training our hockey players, goalies, and figure skaters to have the needed balance, strength, and power to succeed on the ice.
Off Base - helping our baseball players improve power and rotational efficiency, as well as taking care of their shoulders, elbows, and wrists with the high demand on those joints.
Off Course - training each golfer to rotate with more strength and power, as well as helping remove the mobility problems that may be restricting your swing.
Off Stage - Artists are athletes, and they need to have the ability to run, jump, and rotate without losing the artistry of their performance. We strive to support their artistry through quality full bodystrength, stability, and postural strength.
Off Field - Whether it is soccer, lacrosse, or another field sport, we train athletes to manage the high volumes of running, jumping, and change of direction with efficiency and power the demands of the field provides while reducing unwanted injuries seen so consistently with their sport.
Don't see your sport? Don't worry, it doesn't mean we don't train it! Contact us to see how we can support you and your goals!
