
Strength and Performance Training

Initial Evaluation: We will schedule you for a detailed evaluation to walk through your goals, as well as give a very evaluation for movement deficits, individual joint and full system strength, and any other details needed to establish your baseline

Training Programming: We will design a detailed workout program for you based on your specific goals and needs from your evaluation
Private Coaching: For the athlete/person who wants more detailed, hands-on coaching than a group atmosphere. You receive private, 1 on 1 coaching and attention for each training session
Monitoring and Progression: We will re-evaluate you every 4-6 weeks to monitor progress and give enough information to update your training program as you adapt and improve
Frequency, Schedule, and Cost:
1-hour Session - $100
Scheduling Frequency - For best results, we recommend 2-4 sessions per week. However, the best individual schedule will be determined during the initial evaluation and is adjusted based on your activity/sport outside of the gym
1 on 1 Training

Initial Evaluation: After registration, we will schedule you for a detailed evaluation to walk through your/your athlete's goals, as well as give an evaluation for movement deficits, strength and stability and any other details needed to establish your baseline
Custom Training Program: We will design a workout program for each athlete based on their training goals, needs (from the evaluation), frequency, and development level
In Gym Training and Coaching: Athletes will sign-up and attend workout sessions lead by our coaching staff. Athletes will work alongside other athletes in a group atmosphere, under the guidance of our coaches, while working through their individualized training plan
Monitoring and Progression: We will re-evaluate athletes each month to follow their progress. Evaluation details will adjust each month to help us update and develop the athlete's training program
Frequency, Schedule, and Cost:
Training is paid on a monthly training cycle
2x/Week Training - $275/month
3-5x/Week Training - $375/month
Athletes will schedule workouts each week based on their training frequency and scheduling needs
