What People Are Saying
Pete DeBoer
NHL Head Coach
“The training experience was world class. Working in professional sports I have seen a lot of training programs. The OIA program was organized exciting and cutting edge. I felt like you were participating in an NHL strength and conditioning program. The improvements in my 2 sons who were both Division 1 NCAA players was immediate and transformative both in speed and strength. The ability of Jared and his staff to tailor a program to an athletes weakness and address those weaknesses while keeping them excited and engaged in the process was impressive."
Bianca Birrittieri
US Girls u18 Goal Medalist
“Working with OIA has been a huge part of my development as an athlete. The environment, coaching, and programming are all very intentional and focused on development. Every session pushed me to improve and was tailored to what I needed to get better at to improve my game. Since starting at OIA, I’ve become significantly stronger and faster. The training helped push me take the next step both physically and mentally, ultimately contributing to me making the national team. I feel more powerful and more explosive every time I’m on the ice."
Andi Manzo
IOSP and OIAT Parent
“All 3 of my daughters have trained with Kendell and Jared - two for agility and speed training for flag football and 1 for lacrosse and rehab/strength training after an ACL tear/surgery. Their knowledge and empathy got her through a very difficult time in her high school career. She is stronger physically now than before her injury and she is thriving in her sport playing at the college level now. The support she received mentally from being around the gym and the relatability from both Kendell and Jared helped her get through the psychological part better than her sports psychologist did. I truly don’t know if she would be playing at the level she is now if she didn’t have the opportunity to work with them and get the benefits of their expertise in their field. We have had nothing but positive outcomes since training at Off Ice Athletics especially after a season ending injury a couple of years ago."
